The quality of the bag is exceptional! What I wasn't expecting was the fantastic service I received! The lady that waited on me got out several bags removed the stuffing in them and let me hold and examine several styles. She was amazing and has gained a loyal customer. Good service is almost impossible to find, but you have a found a great company representative who went above and beyond.
