Dirty shirt

We received the shirt that you shipped and it was very dirty. Obviously had been worn. Looked like make up on the collar, which is unusual since it’s a men’s shirt. Perhaps we used a photo shoot? It is at the laundry now being professionally cleaned if it doesn’t come clean, I will contact you. Very disappointing. I do have pictures if it comes clean I’m just gonna leave it alone.
