Laureles Backpack

Nice but smaller in person , since it was an exchange, I had to pay the difference of the duffel bag price. Which the duffel bag is way bigger a lot nicer and cheaper. I was kind of disappointed and not being able to use my 10% off or they could just waive the extra price.. since the only thing they were offering which store credit so I’m stuck with the backpack regardless. All and all they did help me out a lot . We had an issues with the delivery and they made up for it . I even asked for the 10% discount that I got when I first joined and when I bought the very first package so the difference was about 50 or $60 I believe maybe 70.. but I feel like they should’ve just gave me an even exchange. I bought the whole collection. I’ve noticed that my briefcase and scratches on them real easy. I don’t even use it that much or keep it around or grab it roughly, but I’ve noticed around the zipper. Has Nick’s and scratches around it. Also, I didn’t like the backpack did didn’t come with the cover case like the duffel bag..
