Armstrong Roller Bag

I have had nothing but problems with my king ranch luggage that cost pretty penny. It is essentially a cheap poorly built suitcase with a king ranch outer wrap. The telescoping handle broke and wouldnt stay up. Had to pay King Ranch way too much money to fix it, and pay to ship it. Are you kidding me? Stand behind your stuff. Repair your $1000 suitcases for free. Oh and after using it once on a work trip after paying hundreds for the previous repair, all the rubber on the wheels started stripping off. Might be going in the trash this time. Bitter taste in my mouth. King Ranch doesn't equate to well made, tough, quality.

The zipper broke in a few Months and King Ranch wants me to pay them to fix it! 1k down the drain! It’s very upsetting King Ranch won’t stand behind their product.

I have had this luggage for MANY YEARS, before they put wheels on front. Great luggage. I too, wish they would have a plastic cover for it.

Why wont King Ranch come out with a plastic cover for these bags. I enjoy my bags and travel using them at least twice a month, however, checking this luggage and having it go through the Airport System, the bags get filthy black. When I fly, I would really like to have a cover that would protect this bag while in transit, especially in bad weather days, when they sit on the tarmac so long...

Have had this bag for a few years now. Everything works great and the canvas is easy to clean after getting dirty. Quality is what you expect and pay for with King Ranch.
